As a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, I provide a wide range of services to help individuals and families achieve their wellness goals. My in-person and online services educate and support individuals, parents, caregivers, children, and expecting moms on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition.
Pantry Makeover- $99
60-min virtual coaching session
This is a 60-min coaching session with Kim. During this session we will focus on the concept of Traffic Light Eating, how to choose right foods for optimal nutrition.
We’ll start with a basic overview and talk through how to decipher food labels so you can easily and quickly determine the best foods to choose for yourself and your family.
We will then go through the items in your pantry, as well as fridge and freezer, filling out a Traffic Light Shopping List and going over the Dirty Dozen and Healthy Substitutions Lists.
We’ll will wrap-up the session by going over how to complete a shopping list as well as introducing you to a Brand Recommendations handout and setting a goal, so you’re prepared the next time they hit the grocery store to restock the pantry!
